Your profile picture represents you in our community. While we allow custom profile pictures for PLUS users, all uploads are subject to moderation to ensure they meet our community standards.

Profile Picture Rules

No explicit or inappropriate content - Profile pictures should not contain nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
No hateful imagery - Profile pictures should not contain symbols, gestures, or imagery associated with hate groups.
No impersonation - Do not use profile pictures that impersonate Vexo staff or other users.
No advertising - Profile pictures should not contain advertisements, QR codes, or promotional content.

Important Note

All profile picture uploads are logged and always checked for violations if your upload violated our previously listed rules your PLUS Membership can be revoked. If your profile picture is removed and you believe this was in error, please contact us through our Discord server.

Your profile picture may have been rejected if it contained explicit or inappropriate content, hateful imagery, impersonated staff or other users, or contained advertising. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the content in question and why you believe the moderation decision was incorrect.

What's the difference between allowed "mild insults" and prohibited harassment?

Mild insults refer to light-hearted jabs or criticisms that aren't personally targeted or meant to cause harm. Harassment, on the other hand, involves persistent, targeted negative behavior toward an individual or group with the intent to intimidate, upset, or silence them. Context matters, and our moderation team considers factors like intent, severity, and pattern of behavior when distinguishing between the two.
